UniChem is a leading distributor and wholesaler of pharmaceutical, medical and health and beauty products in the UK. UniChem offers a high level of service, with twice daily delivery to pharmacies and dispensing doctors across the UK. UniChem also provides a full complement of added value services including innovative marketing support, commercial support services and ethical compliance and data services. UniChem operates three core businesses within the UK and employs approximately 5000 employees.

The three businesses within the UniChem division:

• UniChem Ltd: - Full-line wholesaler and distributor of medicines and over the counter products to retail and hospital pharmacies and dispensing doctors. UniChem operates eleven service delivery centres across the UK and is also the sole logistics service provider for the distribution of Pfizer prescription medicines across the UK.
• Cordia Healthcare: - Medium-line wholesaler and distributor of a wide range of healthcare and over the counter products, operating ten regional distribution businesses in the UK.
• Central Homecare: - (associate company) - An established provider of high-tech services to patients requiring management of complex drug therapies in their own homes, with the aim of improving their quality of life.
